Although I have only been on the road for a few days, I have made a daunting discovery - while I thought I would be plenty energetic enough to keep up with my blog entries while traveling, I simply don't think this will be the case.
I have had an amazing time at the Little Rock Zoo and Dallas Zoo, but that is precisely why I haven't been able to draft entries. There's just so much to cover! However, I've taken notes, I have my interviews, and of course I have plenty of film. I think with these, I will be able to start work on the blog entries, but may not be able to post them for a while, perhaps not until I get back from the trip. This just depends on how I'm feeling and how much I can get done. I have to say, driving over twelve hours in just two days takes a lot out of me!
But I will be posting these blogs and am excited to begin work on them. I want to be able to devote as much time as the zoos deserve to crafting these entries. If you want to keep up with where I am as I travel, definitely follow me on Twitter at @ZooEdRoadTrip.
